One More Time

Another bug fix

• The modeling job should (I hope) be fixed now
• The bugs with the Sergorin sidequest should now be fixed (partially tested)
• Fixed the remodeling for the Bornal Townhouse (the mistake I made here made me want to kick myself)

This will be the last bug fix for this release unless I'm told of something game-breaking.
